Please join us for a Twitter-based online event as our 2006 Syrah has been selected as the only Paso Robles wine represented in the Northern Hemisphere Syrah Tasting hosted by the Hospice du Rhone.

Wine is a snapshot in time. That’s the one truly unique thing about wine that perhaps draws so many into the wine business. Every vintage is unique, framed in large part by the weather patterns throughout the growing season. In a difficult vintage like 2008 this becomes glaringly obvious. I have yet to meet a winemaker that enjoys bottling, at least among professional winemakers. Many people think that we winemakers would view it as a culmination of our efforts to produce our "masterpiece."
